Upon vacancy, the unit is cleaned and made rent ready. Once rent ready, we take high quality photos of the unit and market the listing on several online resources. Leads will be then entered into our automated follow up workflow and a DNS Leasing Agent will attempt to close the lead either over the phone or in person.
